How Do I Make changes to an order?

At On Target Print Solutions, we move fast to get your orders out on time—so if you need to make a change, please email us right away at sales@ontargetprintsolutions.com. If your item has already gone into production, you’ll still be responsible for that print, but don’t worry—we’re flexible. In most cases, we’ll work with you to offer a discounted reprint or adjustment to get things back on track. Mistakes happen, and we’ve got your back.

What kind of equipment do I need to apply your transfers?

All you need is a heat press—or even a household iron—that can reach 325°F and apply medium to firm pressure for 15 seconds. For the best results, be sure to cold peel, then press again to lock in a soft, long-lasting finish. That final press makes all the difference!

What’s the minimum order quantity for transfers?

We’re all about precision, not pressure—so there’s no minimum required. Whether you need just one transfer or a full bulk run, we’ve got the capacity to handle it all with the same level of quality and care.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You can also use Shop Pay to split your total into convenient payments. Please note—available options may vary depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

What is your return policy?

Because every transfer we produce is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns. That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If something doesn’t look right with your print, email us at sales@ontargetprintsolutions.com—we’ll review the issue and in most cases, offer a free reprint. If a refund is approved, the item must be returned before it is issued. We’re committed to making it right.

What should I do if I never received my order?

If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, start by double-checking the shipping address entered at checkout. All addresses are verified through our system at the time of purchase.


If everything looks correct, please email sales@ontargetprintsolutions.com with your order number and a screenshot of the tracking info. We’ll immediately file a claim with the carrier and, in most cases, we can reprint and reship your order right away to keep your business moving without delay.

What file types do you accept?

We prefer vector files like AI or PDF for the cleanest, most accurate prints. However, we also accept high-resolution PNGs (300 DPI or higher) with a transparent background.

Need help getting your design ready? Contact us for support. And don’t worry—if there’s ever an issue with your file, we’ll always reach out before printing. We never hit “go” without your green light.

How will my transfers arrive?

Your transfers will arrive in a small box or large tube depending on your order size. Every order will come with pressing paper as well as pressing instructions to make for a seamless process.

Artwork Guidelines for Custom Signage

Art File Guidelines

  • High Resolution PDF Files - Vector artwork is best. Include all support art (fonts, linked images, etc.)
  • Do not include printer marks such as crop marks and print registration marks in your print-ready files.
  • Flatten files with special effect such as glows, transparencies, or drop shadows.

Artwork must be Built to Size

The art board itself should be at actual size. 

Font Guidelines

  • Fonts must be converted to outlines. 
  • If fonts are not converted to outlines, please provide TruType Fonts.

Color Space

  • Provide files in CMYK format. 
  • Artwork built in a different color space may not print the correct color.

Spot Color Matching

  • If Pantone colors need to be matched, please specify on your order. 
  • All critical Pantone colors must be plugged into the file as solid coated swatches. 
  • If multiple Pantone swatches are used in the file, all will be matched to solid coated unless otherwise specified. 
  • Spot ink colors like Pantone will not always reproduce correctly in print. 
  • We will make the closest possible approximation to most spot inks, but we cannot guarantee spot color matching.
  • WE DO NOT PRINT METALLIC, FLUORESCENT, OR REFLECTIVE
  • COLORS.

Custom-Cut Design Requirements

  • Any shape other than a square or rectangle must include a cut line. 
  • Create a vector cut path, assign the path to a spot color and rename it "cut" in the swatches palette (a colored outline is not a cut line).
  • If your design needs specific grommet placement, drill holes, or scoring, please mark it accordingly.

Custom Cut Shape Requirements

• 1 pt. vector path around your desired CUT area on its own layer.

• Swatch Name must be CUT.

• Color Type must be Spot Color - No Process Colors.

• Color Mode must be CMYK - No Process Colors.

• CUT path must only be 100% Magenta - No RGB or Lab colors.

• 1/4" color bleed to the outside of the cut path area.

• As few path anchor points as possible-- "Simplify..." vector paths.

Double Sided Custom-Cut Shape Requirements

• We must have Side A, Side B mirrored art, with vector cut lines (ex: directional arrows, double sided custom cut yard signs, custom shaped rally fans, etc.)

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We do not accept returns due to the nature of this product. We do offer reprints for our custom Transfers If the fault belongs to the warehouse.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We do not offer refunds. Only Reprints.
